I thought this was funny. I think they might want to edit the title a little:

It was just poor wording. They were offering clothes for a newborn baby and some for a little girl. Perhaps they could have worded their title as, OFFER: clothing for newborn and little girl.

Yes i do believe that would have been better. From reading that it sounds like they want to give their kid away lol.
