Freedom Rangers dirty vent

I have 9 week old freedom rangers that have been lying down a lot of the day and just today I noticed some of their vents are dirty! Any ideas what it could be and what to do? Thanks so much!

They get food scraps, scratch, some chicken specific treats with pumpkin seeds and worms, and then just a basic organic grower feed. I’ve never wormed them and haven’t felt their crop today.

I'd limit all the scraps and things and encourage the real feed.

I couldn’t find any super concerning poop the one of the back side was the worst vent other than that just a little dirty they were walking around a bunch this morning I think hoping I was bringing them more food then laying down so I’m wondering if they’re just getting so big now
