Looking over everything I've done so far, it's dawned on me that I really need a strategy on how this is going to get used or rotated.
I'm labeling with the date frozen and packaged, and then filing in bins and using front to back and filling from the back.

I put the date on everything too... My DH generally does most of the cooking. He doesn't think ahead unless it's marinating meat. 😂 So if we want to actually use any of this to rotate the stock, it's going to have to be actively done by me personally.

Mines does the earing and clean up.
 
I might try ice cream sandwiches later this weekend. I've got chicken breast in right now and green beans and more corn waiting in the freezer for their turn.
 
I made two small boxes of jello pudding, instant. poured it on the pan after it got thick in the bowl, added my dividers, froze, and then into the freeze dryer.
