I got an anonymous Christmas card yesterday.  No return address, my name and address in nondescript print, signed (I think couldn't quite make out the name) Love, Ted. 

Princess asked, "Anything you want to tell me?  Should I be concerned?

On my lighter note, I got 5 AM eggs yesterday. Someone tell me these eggs are too small to set

I got a kitchenaide stand up mixer.
It's a mine and my wife present.....I got her a electric pressure cooker/canner (yeah were into food).

I knew I was around good people! We're foodies too! I grew up with a kitchen aid and would like one. The food mill and meat grinder attachments are the ones I miss.

Just to jump on the downer bandwagon, my FIL died on thanksgiving six years ago. Yesterday we found out MIL has cancer...
We will find out how bad today. Rough time of year for Mrs. Flock

So sorry to hear about the In-Laws. I just cannot imagine what I would do without my Mom. I know that day will come, already has for DH (That is one of those horrible stories for a different day) But it is just so hard to imagine. Hopefully it will be easily remedied.

I really do have bad daddy issues, so there's no sentiment there, but my wife is an only, adopted child. Her parents world revolved around her. I feel so sorry for her

It occurred to me last night. This thread is just like a bar, with a bunch of regulars and the occasional newbie that listens for a bit and leaves. I know not everyone drinks, completely respect that, but the environment is very similar. It is great to have drinking buddies again. Lol Bar Frog.
