    I have always thought roosters tend to be a bit felonious in their behavior. My older hens got sick of it and started beating my rooster up. Vigilante justice at it's finest...

    Isidore has been at the bottom since we got them 3 weeks ago. Has yet to crow and still gets hen pecked. He's so scared of those Australorps. [​IMG] Handsome and very sweet roo though

    I always put my younger co... roos... in with my older girls... they teach them manners they never forget! :lau

    That was the case with this one, it was a young roo put in with 2 year old hens who had never seen a co... roo before...

    And there is something to be said about the education from an older wo... hen
