You know how I feel about that fat bottom girl

, but after looking at my birds for a while it seems that the one on the bottom is the better of the two. Am I wrong? Or is that the same bird at different ages?

Not really. I'm getting so confused over your rooster swapping, color blending, who's leaking/who's not, get a new chicken every week insanity that I'm losing track. Pick a lane and stay in it

Nope, you are right... upper isn't as heavy as she looks, she is a lot of floof, lol... tail is better than the other though...

Bottom pic is from my own hens... tail is still a bit pinched, not as open or as full as I like yet...

I'm surprised you say that about the tail. I was going to tell you to let me take a shot and see how I do at critiquing, and the high tail on my fat girl was one of my deductions. I like the sheen better on the lower one, and her lines just look...cleaner. She's a sleek looking bird. As much as this goes against my own personal philosophy, the fat girl's breast looks almost too big. Don't get me wrong, she's still a beautiful bird and I

her, but to my untrained eye the girl on the bottom looks better
