Rehoming sucks. I did get a text this morning after listing a few of my co... little roos. I think they really want hens, but said they'd get back with me.Too much testosterone in that pen!
Currently I have six roos and with last year's population increase, lots of pullets/hens. I've got to get it down to two roos. They're all such nice boys..
That really makes it difficult. Mine are sweeties to me too... if only they'd stay that way with all the pullets!
I live on property, but have a vacation home in a subdivision on the coast. I can't stand the POA. All the Yankees moved down and tried to turn our plantations into country clubs. I can just picture the busy body wives walking around down there, sending nasty emails if your boat sticks past the "façade" of the house
