Feel the tendon on the other leg, then see if that one is same place or kicked over where it's swollen... if it's the tendon, yiu can pop it back in place and wrap it, but they usually tend to pop back out again... if it's just swollen from injury, I dunno if I'd bother wrapping it... maybe soak it in some epsom salt water in a cup for a bit?
