My experience with rabbits is if there is a place they can see their poop start to build up (ei no mesh flooring) they will go in that one location all the time. If you moved all of that poop to a different corner, he would most likely switch where he was defecating.

All the other rabbits have one corner that they use, same corner every time no matter where we move them.
