I'm happy to be in your good list!!
I'm doing okay. Still nothing on the eggs. So......it's a sore subject at this point. I plan to file a claim if they come in tomorrow by noon. That's when my mail is normally delivered. And it will be 5 days after shipped date. So yep.

They've always told me that being late isn't a claimable offense... if it comes in damaged, they say to refuse it and then it can be claimed???

I dunno, but they said unless it is sent Express with the guarantee to be delivered by time, claims are SOL...

Not per their website under filing claims. It tells you specifically that you can file a claim of package was sent 3 day priority and does not arrive by the 5th day. So.....u am going to try and seeing that it pushes the limit of hatching eggs and lowers their viability then I am going to give it a shot.
