So, 100% of all candled eggs were fertile

Yup, I'm on a roll now! (LOL) With my luck it's the only one and it's a proto-cockerel.

The kid did it again today...he got this mice walleye on little lake today.
I'm jealous....gonna have to get back out before he catches them all...

Tell him that they're not Pokémon--he doesn't gotta catch 'em all

I have a lot of respect for a good guide. It's a lot of work to stay on fish consistently enough that people will pay you to take them

I have a friend that's a guide down on the ICW. He does sightseeing and fishing tours.

Later I'll go back and read, maybe tomorrow.  Forgot I have a meeting tonight.  

DH has a third interview tomorrow - the president of the company wants him to look at a different job than the one he applied for.  Long process but at this point, it looks promising.


ETA:  I just candled one egg to show DH.  He tripped out when he saw the little textbook blob with all the veins.  Would have made a great picture, but I didn't have my camera.  At least I know 1/16 are fertile!

That's a great fish! I've heard walleye is great eating, but I've never caught one!

they are fantastic eating....alot of people think it is the best fish. I would be among them.

If it only took you a few days to collect up 55 to set, you need a bigger incubator. Those will do fine for custom hatches. One GQF cabinet and you could hatch 96 more a week.
