Spent a good chunk of time in a knee brace myself. No fun.

I have a brace on it . donno might need it this time .going to hot and cold contrast latter for the swelling and keep it braced hope for the best . not the surgery the recovery room almost slapped the nurse last time. takes two weeks or more to get the drugs out of me . Morphine has a really bad effect on me can't sleep wake up in a few minutes in a panic attack and have to walk .and the only doctor I trusted to cut on me died in a Polo accident three years ago . so I'm a mess . trying to figure out who to use little jug how I love the
