little bit not as sore but it still hurts some had one of my soft braces on all day . got some ice cups freezing to do a hot cold on it. that always makes it feel a lot better. rub it with ice for thee minutes an stick it in hot water for three minutes five times . love those gets the swelling way down . should be taking something but hate drugs .

Thats the best way ive been told to handle swelling! I hate perscription drugs too, i dont take anything for my daily pain, but IBUs attack inflamation and i cant help but resort to that bottle sort of often, thats y i bought the bottle of 500

Ok a bit excited, so need to brag. I got both munchkins to sleep in their own big girl bed. We will see how it goes, but at this very moment there are not babies in my room!

Shoulder hurts... is actually a spot between my shoulder and spine that hurts the most... when I move certain ways... :/

I am and some of them owe me money but my best girl is Abby .she sat in lap Saturday and we played her video game and I feel sound asleep .I used to have a newer car than the one I have now big car headed to the city in a big storm like this one . about half way there I hydroplaned on the interstate on the inside lane lost control and spun out made it all the way to the outside lane. and hit a car. don't how I lived but when I got out and went to the other car it was my eye doctors wife . she saved my life by hitting me had she not hit me I would have went over a cliff . was close to him not her then am very close now . we've been telling the story for years . I never buy contact solution . she gives me cases . and now I give her eggs . I have fun where ever I go and talk to anybody. Ravyn knows that she has seen me at the sale barn . get it from my momma . only gets me in trouble once in a while still get hugs from mothers from the baseball team when they see me .

I wish I could take anti inflammatory drugs....bone marrow transplant ruined my kidneys...so I can only take narcotics.....

just the knee tonight its the knee I messed up skiing cleaning a brooder in the garden went to turn it and felt my kneecap pop . the mud was deep . so foot didn't turn . you can't lay around or it will get stiff so I keep going and doing chickens have to be fed eggs gathered horse fed . and I can't stay inside . yeah Rav hows the shoulder

It was actually the storm that started it. My old, very happily outdoor, puppy had to come inside tonight because she got wet. She thing 1 asked if Poppy could sleep with her in her room, we told her if she slept in her room so could Poppy. Then it turned into both her and thing 2 sleeping with Poppy. I really thought they were going to be too excited, but after a bit of a fight, everyone is sleeping and happy.
