French frogs

I seriously need some help. I had some duck eggs given to me by a friend that she wanted me to hatch for her. Apparently 1 of her hens had already been setting on some of them cause when I candled on day 7, 2 of them were well along their way, much more so than the others. Those 2 hatched about a week ago with no problems. The rest have started to hatch now, 3 were fine, no problems, the last 1 to hatch came out with ALOT of yolk sac left and it ruptured. Is there anything I can do to help him survive? Or atleast make him comfortable in his final moments?

There are a couple of options. If it's bleeding, you need to stop the bleeding. Direct pressure with a paper towel for a minute or so may be enough. Gently wipe off the yolk mess before it hardens, dip the remaining yolk sac in betadine if you have some, place the duckling in a bowl or cup that he can't get out of, and fashion a "diaper" to suspend the remaining yolk and tissue until it dries up and sloughs off. The biggest danger is the poor bugger stepping on the yolk and pulling the intestines out, or getting the yolk and membrane dirty and pulling that mess back into the abdominal cavity.

So here is that feather bleed on my AC.

The sac is really dirty from some of the debris from 2 of the others hatching. I try to clean up as much as I can between each 1 hatching but this guy was hatching while another was still drying so I didn't want to open it to clean anything out while the other 1 was still damp. I've isolated him in a little bowl lined with a clean sock in the corner of the hatching box, I got as much of the debris off as I can. He's not moving alot, just resting. Breathing seems normal and he doesn't seem to be in any pain. The only betadine I have is a half empty 2oz bottle, I don't think I have enough to dip the sac in.
