I got my Valentine's Day gift early...a new lens for my camera!  My family is so good to me!

That's so neat! I still love photography! Back on the day~ When I had my 35mm I would take pics, have the film developed & have them in my album by the end of the week! Now l just have 100s if not more online..

That was Old Miami, definitely from your time.  Vietnam war decor, absolutely nothing to recommend it to suburbanites   .  Nice, quiet dive but pricey beer.  Cass just north of Mack.

I don't know the Lucky 13, the only biker group I associated with was when I was doing security for Rapid Transit System down at Joy and Strathmore.  There was a really rough gang who kept an eye out over me.  Nice bunch if you don't mess with them.

Yeah the Lucky 13 in due I'd long gone it was a dive 35 years ago.

Thanks!  He works very hard at it.  He was creating new riffs on his guitar when I went to call him down to dinner, and I asked to hear what he had done.  Nothing I had heard before, and sounded good.  They made a whopping $20 each last night as their share of the cover charge, which is better than nothing, but he drank more than that in beer alone.  :/

that's usually how it goes...still a lot of work to create your own music.

As a general rule, around 6 months some lay earlier and some later. They are a more slow maturing breed.

Finally the first one is out!
The black basket is about 1-1/2" deep, if that gives you any idea how tiny these babies are! Zip completed in less than 15 minutes. I almost burned my steak!
