Last year I got two different shipments from two different states. One had NPIP paperwork, one didn't. Both sellers said they were NPIP.

After reading the email, the documentation is the biggest part of it. You may could get away with it, but you could get caught during an annual inspection. If someone goes to the trouble of going NPIP, I don't know why they wouldn't send it. Maybe because they don't check the purchaser

Ok, I got a question for you. These little quail are darn near impossible to hold! They jump right out of my hand! I'm so afraid one of them is gonna get hurt. How long does it take them to fly, cause they are already hopping around and flapping their wings!
