French frogs

I first read about Icelandic a while back on mother earth news.....so when an article was featured in HOBBY FARMS Chicken magazine I read it.
The place is whippoorwill Farm in Wisconsin. This is the breeder the article was written about.
The article says he is the one of foremost breeder of Icelandics in America.
Besides being NPIP certified flock what more should I look for?
nice!!!

Icelandics were only imported by 1 or 2 people, can't remember all the deets now... I believe there are 3 names that the lines should be from... anyone reputable should be able to name the lines... please, tag NotAFarm and ask her... she is a longtime Icee enthusiast and absolutely honest... she may even know that farm, I don't... and if she doesn't know she can probably guide you to who does...

Are those faverole or dorking crosses?

Glad to learn, thank you. I was aware there aren't many breeds with five toes, didn't know silkie was one. Cool. I think I saw five toes...

Yep, they have 5 toes... surprising, cuz usually people hear about the Silkies first and rarely Faverolles or Dorkings...
