I raised a flock of Brown Leghorns years ago and loved them. They were a little more jittery than brown egg layers but not bad. They would come back to the coop and eat out of my hand. The rooster was beautiful and a nice guy.I don't need to be there in person, I can get to you long-distance. I let them out sometimes. Don't really want another flighty Mediterranean bird, but pure white is the only color I don't have in my egg carton :yiipchick

Main goal would be nice sized eggs fairly regularly. I like smaller combs and interesting feather patterns.are you wanting a pretty white egg laying chicken........or a prolific white egg laying chicken?
