Fortunately we do have enough food. The real problem is they are getting onery and crossing fences, not as often as Dans pigs :) but often enough to cause problems. We might have a buyer looking for grassfed, he drove out yesterday to look at them. He will pay more, but it is riskier. We have had buyers take the cattle and then drag their feet writing the check. The sale barn will probably bring less, but that is sure money that day. It makes for tough choices.


They get to leave your property, with cattle they haven't paid for?

ever since that one little incident in Vidor Texas, folks frown on keeping ropes with a hangman's noose.......
