Just the dip is almost $40/ weekI would probably be able to afford more chickens, if I did not dip snuff or drink whiskey.
Fun game indeed! Except my google images is like a year delayed, i looked it up and it still shows when we cleared and disked the last 1/3, there was a small lake for a long time, Aside from the lake, as you come down the top left building is a small coop where my mixed layers live, the 1/2 silver half red is my old ducks house and the origional coop, the big silver is our trailer, dont laugh, im 27 and buying my first home, to the left of that is the old carport, the turkeys pen isnt up in that pic but its at the very top edge, its now halved into two coops, after storage, each half began their pen life as stalls and were converted for birdsY'know, I was thinking (quiet, you!)... Could be interesting if those of us that are able were to snag an image of our places off of Google (or somewhere) and post 'em. Admittedly, this mostly came to me because I'm quite often complaining about how I can't have what I want, animal-wise--we bought this place before thinking we'd want any livestock... Anyway, here's our place. White line is the fence, yellow box is the coop (10x10, so 100 square feet, to give perspective). Orange line is the run.The house directly across the street, with the single vehicle? I'm pretty sure that we're "those neighbors" to her... Probably everyone else would not care if we had something noisy, but... Our fence is 4-foot-tall chainlink, so everything outside is visible to almost everyone.
