I know what your saying....I loved my Yamaha system...but the wife is complaining about the size of my speakers so I need to find smaller stuff with good sound.
Heck she even complains about the size of our TV though. I could say something but I'm not opening any Windows....

Bodes well for you that she likes smaller things?

I had a pistachio encrusted walleye fillet and it was really good.

Walleye is great, sweet and tender. While it's great breaded or encrusted, I prefer it simply baked on a plank. Some use cedar, I use white oak.

Sounds great! Maybe I'll have to try to find somewhere that serves it that way!

I like mine deep fried in rice crispy crust.....or baked with tortilla chip crust with salsa....

The closest thing I can think of to walleye is mangrove snapper, or other small snapper. Mild, sweet, not at all oily, flaky, moist, tender, delicious. I think the only way you can cook it wrong is to cook it until it's dried out.
