And I would have tried somewhere else...but the winds coming off Lake Superior tonight were gale force....and snowing like crazy....not really sticking much....but was miserable fishing weather.

It's brewed in Albuquerque but I hadn't found anyone that carried it in bottles. I like to order it when we go out. Almost 5:00! LOL

I hate to disappoint....but I think I just out and out missed the run....can't catch fish that aren't there....everyone over Easter said it was the best run in 30 years....and I remember some of them...amazing....fish were stacked in the river....but I was with the family and grandkids last week and just figured I could get out this week. I'll keep my ears out and see if I hear any action else where..

We actually had some snow flurries this morning for a few hours, and I could see it snowing on the mountain out the window. Weird. Still made it to 60 today, and it should be up to 80 by Tuesday.

At least it was just "breezy" today, compared to the strong winds we've been having.

Just for a little while. Came home, took a nap. Had some of the kids over, grilled burgers and played rummy.
