hamburger & glass is two words smarty pants... The & doesn't count




Her wrecks are cuz she drives bad..... Then a couple of years ago she was driving while on ambien and chantax... At double the legal limit alcohol..... She was sleeping and got up on the middle of the night and drank s fifth and has no recollection of it..... She's currently sober....... No this is all from the fall..... But what was the cause on the first place.... She says all she remembers is getting real hot

And dizzy... Didn't remember the ambulance or any of it..... Atthis point all she remembers is being home and wanting to go back to work....... The ambulance couldn't force her to go even though she thought it was 2005

My problem just got worse however..... My wife drove her car off the road.
She can't explain how.... It was on our road thank God. But she hit the railroad sign. Left her car on the tracks.... Sent me down to get it..... It was buried in the snow...... The cops were there.. (Which was weird )
I Manfred to drag it out..... So they left.... She still won't go to the Dr.....I even threatened to leave her.... She needs to get looked at heck one of her pupils of bigger than the other and she knows it...... I'm not happy...... I give up...... I am tired

I wish I had words of advice for you my friend. You are going to have to find a way . She is scared there might be something bad wrong . How you get her to over come that fear I don't know . If I didn't do anything else I would get a blood pressure monitor. maybe you can get her to do that . I'll keep you and your wife in my prayers. sure hope she changes her mind . I know this is hard on you. Don't give up keep trying .

I have one...... She has been checking it..... I'm not stupid but I cannot force a 50 year old woman to do anything......i just cannot legally do anything.

But you still don't know whether there's an underlying condition that caused the fall - and is now causing other symptoms.

(If my DH was refusing treatment, I'd have him fill out Advanced Directives paperwork and make him decide if he wanted to be DNR from this point on. Of course, I can be mean like that. Just ask him.

No you can't and it just makes it harder for you . All you can do is keep at it and hope she gives in . And hope this doesn't get her hurt worse with the next fall or car crash . I know what I face with my son every day . The next melt down is always coming its just a question of when and how bad will it be . Your problem is more uncertain. Hang in there is all you can do . and you will its who you are and how you are.
