I need to find buyers for my backyard mutt chicks. I have 77 from my flock either in brooders or in the incubator. While the farm stores are stocking, I can't sell them.

I took all my last hatch to the sale barn last weekend. sold them all averaged $1.75 and was happy with it .I don't know if I made any money but I think I did . shame you don't have a auction close to you . going to do the same thing next hatch and will get less I'm sure . My eggs aren't selling as good this year as they did last year. I have eggs every where . starting to feed them back to the chickens .

I did the same thing when I went to TSC and got the farm Innovators every  body does . So don't feel bad . try to keep it in a very stable environment it will help . I am amazed how well the GQF cabinets hold temperature where I have them . and raising or lowering the humidity is as simple as opening or closing the vents . which is strange to me because to lower the humidity I open the vents more .  

I would love a cabinet incubator. Convincing my BH is not gonna happen. Maybe I'll just get one and ask for forgiveness.

I can sell eggs all day long, so I need to quit setting them. I didn't expect such a great hatch out of the shipped eggs so I pumped the incubator full. I sold a few in February, none at Easter, and none since. I don't want to pull growing eggs but next week I'll have another 27 running around.

I got mine at auction and paid to much rebuilding the second one now . do what the girls do hunt CG . maybe you'll find a deal .

I brought a bag of chick starter and it should be good for three or four hatch's . Ravyn and me are lucky to have a sale barn close by . the price is not always great but they are gone . I've sold a lot this year. mine were the only chicks there last week. Week after next no telling how many will be there . but what ever they bring they go . not going to feed three hundred chickens this winter . I have to go to bed good night all

I used to have a webcam in my hatcher then I moved my computer to keep the hatching fuzz out. Guess I need a newer webcam.
