That's a bummer. I have a silver Easter Egger that had crop issues....often. It seems every time I feed scratch it messes her up. She's in "treatment" right now and it's not her first rodeo. Clotrimazole twice daily 3.5 ccs by mouth with a syringe usually works like a charm. It's the generic athletes foot creme, don't use Monistat. Do it for several days. If it's sour crop it's caused by a fungus, it's a pain but it can save your bird. I held Hawk's food for 24 hours, but gave her 2 Tbs. of apple cider vinegar per quart of water with sugar to help mask the taste. Walmart pharmacy always gives me a syringe to administer it with. That's what I do, after the first day I give yogert. For several days... IF it's impacted once all the squish feeling is gone but the rest won't leave give olive oil and massage her crop several times a day from the base of her crop up. Ravyn or Walnut might be able to explain better. It's a bit of a pain, but I'm emotionally invested. Hope she gets better Oz
