    The chicks are gorgeous, especially the Silkie cross with five toes and really dark skin. The Brahma X Comet catches my eye, too. Please post pix as they grow. Great work!

    I read and article in farm show magazine about those all black chickens
    (Even the meat) the prices they get for them are crazy....

    I'll sell you some Phil. Got a breeding flock of Cemani's. In fact, got some more potential replacements cooking in the bator now. About 4 dozen worth.

    There's a person here in NM with Svart Hona. They are really nice and I could drive to pick them up. But at the time they were $30.00 per egg and I thought twice about having half a dozen just for yard candy.

    oh I don't want any not with winter setting in....maybe in spring....we get so cold here I'm just hoping to keep my ducks safe and comfortable. Before I move on. But wheels are turning in my head. What do you get for them off i might ask.

    Don't know anyone around here with Cemanis, and for the price I'm not sure I want to risk shipping. Some people are sure breeding some beautiful birds though!
