French frogs

Good morning all! I wondered where you folks went. I just wanted to say Hi and share a few snapshots of my SLW. They are a little dirty from the rain we had, but boy I love the lacing and size of these two. Her name is Eula. Almost as round from the top and front as they are from the side. Rooster Cogburn. I give full credit to Foley for these birds since I purchased them from him. We will see how I do with them in the next generation or two.
What a handsome pair! Rooster does have a bit of a John Wayne air about him.

Gorgeous SLW

Missed you. Those birds are absolutely fabulous!!

The ground is too wet to make burial any kind of small effort. The other upside is the kids won't be traumatized by the corpse of their pet lurking on the grass one day.
What happened???

They are really gorgeous, sw!! Glad you finally got your pretty yard ornaments too... :D ;)

I hate to agree with you. if there was ever a good guy, I'd hate to see retire, it Peyton.

great career, and I sure hope the Colts are sorry. Not that I was ever a Colts fan, but rather a fan of Peyton.

I'm glad he did well with the Broncos, but yes, time for him to retire from playing. He will be a great coach tho, at least from his knowledge and recognition of the game.

I'm with ya...watched many a game when I didn't even have a dog in the fight, simply 'cause he was at the helm. I'd hate to see go out like Favre did

Extremely busy this morning, but I'll get caught up eventually...
Peyton was in school when I was, and I got to watch him play against SC once. Even in college, you could tell he was a man among boys. Great quarterback, great guy, and great representation of a true southerner

Like kwhites, I cheered for Peyton, regardless of who he was or is playing for. I hate to see him leave the game, especially since his brother has more rings than him, but I don't want to see him play too long, like Montanna
