I actually just emailed the first one, because they have the same ad in the Oregon Coast CL (I have to check Humboldt, Oregon Coast, and Medford--no CL for Del Norte County, much less Crescent City

). The second one is only offering 4-month-olds, as far as I can tell--and Arcata's an hour and a half/two hours, depending on the weather.

And we're suppose to be getting SOME weather over the next couple days. The weather man's icon for tomorrow was sideways rain!

I am hundreds of posts behind.  May or may not catch up...

Yes, I get my shrink bags from Nadyas.  Great service!

Quick recap of my last five days:  Traveled north for customer meetings Wed-Friday, stopped at the in-laws cottage near our property on Friday and hunted till this mornign, cut up venison this afternoon, still unpacking and doing laundry.  I have never, ever hunted a November firearm opener in 65 degree weather.  Nights cooled down to the upper 30s and quickly rose to upper 40s/low 50s by late morning.

I don't know how y'all who hunt in warm climates handle it, but it was weird field dressing deer in my t-shirt sleeves, and even stranger rushing home after a quick overnight hanging to butcher the deer and get the meat in the fridge.  I'm used to dealing with deercicles.

Welcome back!
