French frogs

There ya go!! :thumbsup :lau
In all seriousness, I've been waiting for you to show up because I have a question. He will obviously be the leading man, and he will throw a bunch of blue because of the 4 black hens. Will the splash throw a lighter blue, or is it all about genetics (independent of the parent ' color)?

First 3 are Louie, last one is Ted. Louie has a small V in the middle of his comb. Ted's is more uniform, but not as large.
They are a little dirty, but I'm liking the way they are looking.
I didn't get a good pic of the black split pullet. Maybe today.

Both very pretty, but from just the one photo of Ted, I like his back better. He looks more balanced, too.

I think he'll throw some dark blues... might be some lights, but I am betting on the darks... splash is double blue, so I see the splash 'marks' as holes to the base color... his markings are really dark, so I would bet on him passing that more than a lighter color...
But the only way to see for sure is test mate him and see what comes out... you can see the difference even in chick down from light blues and dark blues, so for that you don't have to wait til they grow out fully...
