We got our 40 dirt cheap...woman who inherited it did not even want to see it. Realtor never even saw it until we made him go 4x4ing out to it. Square 40, designated county 2 track clips one corner of the lowland, rest of the property is beautiful rolling oaks and maples and red and white pines. There is a stand of big aspen that popped up where straight line winds cleared a bunch of oak. Most of the bigger trees that have come down are around 120 years old so they came up just after the clear cutters and the coast to coast fire.
