If I take anything it makes it worse...

The one I use has calcium, magnesium, fish oil, valerian, ashwagandha, hops, passionflower, GABA, L-theanine and melatonin.. All things that promote relaxation and combat stress. it works best when I take it a few nights in a row to reset my sleep pattern. When I use it, I find that If I wake up at night, I fall back asleep much faster. Not a miracle cure, but it really helps.

I've tried a zillion things over the years, but this one works pretty well for me - even though they are giant horse-pills.

Oh, it all helps me sleep... but I feel like I have an awful hangover the next day... makes me utterly useless...

Many I tried did too - especially the prescription ones. (Which I still use in emergencies). A day with a hangover is better than my days after not sleeping for a week.

This one doesn't have much effect on me the next day.

Just gotta pick your poison sometimes.

I'm gonna take what you did, and run with it like this I think

the opening in the side, will allow you to place and remove or re position the egg, without having to open a door, or let you candle from different angles, holding the egg if need be. the yellow portion, is pegged, so you can close that opening easily, to get a good view from the peep hole. The lid opening, will let you pick up the egg, if you should lose your handle on it. I think self closing cabinet hinges on the bottom/light portion, and you wouldn't have to worry about latches.

I really liked your light source, looked super bright.

I like your program. light is a 50 watt led that replaces a 50 watt halogen in a UC 10 track light fixture . free stuff .see can I post a link
