Rav...I have a duck with a limp. She's been limping for a while. It doesn't stop her from getting around. But I don't see a reason why. Foot and leg look normal. I can squeeze it and she doesn't react. Doesn't look swollen. No cuts....any ideas?

Nice! My sister thought up a really easy method of cleaning the duckling brooder


Plastic. Stick it in the brooder staple it in, next day pull out the staples lift the plastic up dump it out rinse the plastic off and stick it back in. It works especially well it your brooder is bottomless and the concrete under it is cracked and makes getting all that water out a nightmare.

Thanks. He wasn't drooling, he was getting to know them so he could do a better job of protecting them.

Sprain? Did you give niacin or brewers yeast as they were growing up?
