French frogs

Yellow perch. They are over populated in the lake, so all fairly small, but we caught about 120 in two days...

Took me almost 4 hours to fillet them all, but boy they tasted good. 

I'm sure that's similar to our bream and bluegill. Takes a while to filet, but

oh yeah....perch are freaking great...bluegill are good but perch...the class of the plate...no better eating....
