In a foam incubator, I've had muc

Too high...25% to 30% average is better, combined with good ventilation. Humidity at hatch does not contribute to sticky chick, it's humidity the first 18 days. It's even okay to put in a little water and let it evaporate, then add a little more and let it evaporate. That helps keep the channels from turning swampy.

Looking back I probably restricted my ventilation by having tubing running through my vents. I'll try lower humidity with the next batch.

But now I'm leaning more this direction, especially for the darker eggs like the AMs or BCM. I'm getting better results with those from 28-32.
It's all trial and error the first few sets. The same number doesn't work for everyone, but at a 50% rate on shipped, Oz is a lot closer than I was on my first go around
