So big question....does anyone have any Blue Laced Wyandotte hatching eggs they could send me tomorrow or Wednesday? ?? I am willing to pay.

Chooks was the only one I know that had any of those, but don't think they are laying just yet...

I'm getting a very dark brown egg nearly everyday. Maybe the two BD started laying before this other unknown BCM? I may have to seperate to find out.

Depending, younger birds can start before older ones... heck, I just had a dang miracle happen... my very first hatched rumpless Araucana pullet never laid an egg before... she just turned 16 months old and laid her first eggs...

I just sold my 3 girls. And didn't have a boy. So I am really no help. I found that they weren't very good layers. They averaged 4 eggs a week. Very pretty though.

They look gorgeous, seriously... good crests, beards, combs, earlobes, feathered feet, and I don't see any hard feathers in tails... how are the toes? Are all 5 fully separate?

I just showed her your post. Thanks. They have five toes. By seperated do you mean from the foot? No at least one has a small toe off another. I'll take pics when I get back home. How bad is that? Maybe SC will trade eggs or chicks with me

It has started snowing again here!

But its like 35 degrees, so its that wet, heavy stuff. Temps are rising though, so its just going to be slushy.
