I only smoke trout or salmon....I've Actually microwave fried fish before and was okay...not as good as hot out of the pan. I think I'm gonna go try and get some burbot his week...yum

Burbot is on my list to try. There's only one place to catch them in Utah, and the ice there is pretty flaky.

Well I do make a decent grilled mahi mahi and some good fish tacos, and planked salmon, but that's about it.
