Smoked fish is fine cold.  

I only smoke trout or salmon....I've Actually microwave fried fish before and was okay...not as good as hot out of the pan. I think I'm gonna go try and get some burbot his week...yum

Just learn to make it yourself. I am particular about my fish, I like it beer battered or blackened that is about it.
Well cold fish is lousy l, and it really doesn't microwave well

I know how to cook fish.
