Yep I hatched some beauties from ravyn. I have some due to hatch a week on Wednesday. I also have marans due. Theses are the colours of my eggs.

Ooh we want goats too. But they are pretty expensive around here.

We got 3 young nannies (Bout 4 or 5 months) Last month goats a little smaller than that were going for about 75/80 dollars

Today we got the three nannies for under 50 dollars a head. (The most expensive one we bought was 45)

Very nice! Why can't I get a son from him like that???

Well, Jack Frost has strike #2 now.  One of my snotty pullets pecked at my feet this morning so I shoved her out of the way with my foot. (I was carrying the waterer).  She squawked, and Jack lit into me full force.  Once I put the water down he kept coming at me again and again.  Sucker ticked me off so much I finally caught him and pinned his neck to the ground until his comb turned purple. (Oops) then I released my grip a bit and held him there for a while longer.  Then I walked around with him under my arm for a while until he recovered.

I sure hate to keep Nugget over Jack, but I'm not going to tolerate that kind of behavior from a rooster.

My rumpless Araucana roo decided to try to beat the tar outta me today... he's lucky to have survived... good thing he is only temporary anyways... :/
