EE chicks at school started hatching today. 13 in the brooder 6 in the bator so far. I had to put one little guy down.
I think he was mishandled by a staff member who was graciously helping out but didn't know what to do. Looks like his yolk sack was pulled away and his little internals were outside covered in bedding.

so glad a breeder gave me this oppurtunity, it is such an exciting breed to work with!
