Pure beauty in simplicity... I take it you're as OCD as me, lol... that wire is lined up so nicely on all edges...

I am OCD but accept less than perfection through decades of training.

I use braided rope for a puller to help with the job. It makes life so much easier.

The bottoms use PVC coated wire for foot comfort and ease of cleaning. It was harder than expected to find PVC coated hardware cloth, and cost a lot more than expected.

I can deal with less than perfect, but sloppy slap dash no planning drives my crazy... you outta see my OH put anythkng together... he's also a master at making things much more difficult than they should be... :/

That PVC coated is $$$$!! Only one guy around here sells it and yeah, no thanks...

Like so...just pull each loop as tight as possible, starting at the knotted end. You can get the wire tight and even easily, then staple between the loops.

My DH does not believe in straight, level or square. But what he builds is strong and useful. If I don't complete the projects I know he will get them done his way, which will drive me nuts forever.

Makes sense as soon as I see it. Thanks! I do pretty well getting things straight or level. I just tend to over build. Nothing I've built so far that was supposed to be portable is, because it is so heavy. I'll get there eventually.

I overbuild too. I have never had anything fail from being overbuilt. Portability, yeah, that can be an issue.

I am going to try to build a turkey tractor. It has to be light enough to pull with the lawn tractor, so a couple hundred pounds at most. It should not be a challenge to do, but I know it will be.

It looked too neat to be wire! Is that electrical heat seal around the welds. I'll be watching the video here shortly.

Geez Rav! I've had my share of toothaches because I grind my teeth. Severed thumb and a toothache are pretty much in the same pain ballpark. Then a migraine! Praying for you right now!

Those are some pretty nice joints on your simple frame.

Just chop saw, drill and screw. Nothing fancy, no joinery beyond butt joints.
