Got an idea, you can come hang out by the pool and then we'll go back to the UP for a canoe trip.
Thanks Deb. She's so sweet and my wife loves her. Took her to the vet and she seems to think she'll survive. She didn't recommend surgery to remove any blockage because she hasn't had good success with those type procedures.

She drew fluid out of her crop which was the light mucousy stuff but no odor. She was puzzled. She said to make sure I provided grit and increased her calcium level. I' used ground egg shells. Her stomach is "slow" I think. She poops and eats but it takes awhile for food to pass through the whole system. Is this how Hawk does?

I would say yes. But Hawk has loose stools..she's never pooped normal..her crop seems to get worse every time I feed scratch though. Which is strange cause I seldom do

Cool I'm going to look for that variety and color.

It's the acidity of the soil that makes it that color, my soil PH averages around 6.0 which is acidic which makes most hydrangeas blue. If I had alkaline soil they'd be pink.

That's true in general but many cultivars are color specific.

I don't know. She acts fine 99% of the time. I would hate to loose her. SC's wife had her spoiled straight from the incubator and my wife has done the same since we got her.

I hope so, she's such a rascal. I took my dinner plate out on the porch the other day and she jumped and tried to eat my meal! I think I'm going to get one of those Birdie Bras and see if that helps. I've got the cream to try Miss Am's treatment, too.
