French frogs

Oh complain, cannot do a fool thing about it, but sometimes shared angst is a good way to bond. :D. Your in California it has got to be hot.
She's almost in Oregon and on the coast. I'm betting it's overcast. :)

That is right...you live in Paradise (I have been to the Rouge River I know) you do not get to complain :D

Can my husband complain about almost having to chase $10 bills across the Farmer's Market last week because it was so windy?

Lol well you can complain. But if you tell me it was almost 20 mile an hour gusts, I am going to quietly giggle at you.

Nebraska does not have the worst of anything...but we have all the unpleasant things in varying degrees of severity, except earthquakes. I have been told we have had earthquakes, but I have never felt one.
Tornadoes, bad
Fires, bad
Heat, it gets hot
Humid, I personally think all that corn produces it's own ecosystem
Drought, some years bad
Flooding, oh yeah especially where I grew up
Snow, not great amounts but several feet a year
Ice, bad

Only if he didn't catch it :gig he did catch it didn't he ?

Well, he didn't actually have to chase it, so I think we can say he didn't catch it ;-)

I just learned how to look past weather up to answer this! Steady winds at 17mph, gusts between 30 and 40mph. Really annoying 'cause we had to keep the container for used toothpicks under the table, instead of having it handy when folks were done with their samples.

30/40 miles an hour is considered windy, but it has to get to 50 before it inconveniences. At 50 I usually decide the walk is not worth it, gravel starts kicking up into your face.

We go up and down I-25 fairly often between Alburquerque and Denver, but this was the first trip that she wind was so bad. And of course, I was by myself.

The wind can get bad in Albuquerque too, but mostly in the spring.
