Fresh eggs

Does anyone leave their fresh eggs out? Is so for how long? Is it ok to leave they out in the counter?

I've heard you can leave them out for a couple of weeks as long as you don't wash them. If washed, they need to be in the refrigerator.

Yep. I do not wash my eggs, and I often leave them on the kitchen counter. They should be good unrefrigerated for a couple of weeks. Watch out for cracked eggs though. If there is a way for bacteria to get in they will spoil.

What if you live in a hot climate? I live in Hawaii and it is nearly 90 in my kitchen most days…

I keep mine in a room (40-50 degrees, unwashed ) for a month. Have not had a bad egg yet.
