I put it on the table between the pumpkin pie and the dump cake, right behind the banana puddin'.
Of course the 'nana puddin' was the star of the show but the next runner up was this pretty pink strawberry cake.

I made it as a layer cake. Tweaked the icing to be thick. Very nice with fresh berries.

I can verify the recipe works just fine at high altitude. Deeeelish! Totally screwed up my diet, but it was worth it.
