fried chicken!

I have had my hens for several months. They are almost 2 yrs old. built the best coop, timers and everything..still not 1 egg. 1 is molting or being pecked to death...Please help! I have raised every animal under the sun. This website talked me into raising hens-easy,eggs, ETC.. Help me and my 5 girls!

2 years old!! Have you had them since eggs?


Do they free-range? Perhaps they're hiding eggs. I find eggs in my garage regularly - actually so regular that I put a nest box in there for their comfort.
