Friend with chickens needs to sell house in Texas

Wouldn't all you Northerners like to have a nice house in sunny Texas already set up for chickens ?

It's on 3.15 acres in Lockhart, TX which is about 30 minutes from Austin. It is fenced & cross fenced with 2 bird pens and room for more. Also has a pond for your ducks, a guest house and a storage barn.

That's a gorgeous home. I have a good friend looking for a house in the San Marcos area...how far is it from there & how much are they asking?

DH's mom is from Lockhart ... and he keeps saying he wants to move back to Texas to be near all the cousins

The house is about 20 miles from San Marcos, give or take a few miles.

It wouldn't be big enough for all of our cows, horses, chickens, and dogs. Not enough acreage. Nice big house though.

Forgot to add it is a three, possibly four bedroom house, with a sun room, library and professional kitchen.
