The other cache has survival and little camping things. It hasn't been found yet. It is pretty hard to get to.

Last year did did the family tour of all the Lincoln items in IL, then moved on to Indiana dunes state park, then travelled to the roller coasters in Ohio. A bit of all.
We've toured the Black hills, all regions of Colorado, drove the RV to Florida and spent 2 weeks doing the amusements followed by seeing the ocean for the first time at St. Augustine (original landing spot of Columbus) and toured the spanish forts there. The boys have really enjoyed the museums in S.D. near Custer state park, specifically Native American history museum. The boys are very athletic, and hubby and I try to keep up with them. I don't ski as I have no balance (must be an Iowa woman thing because IRM falls daily also.).
The Wild Animal park looks great. I'd like the mission tour, wondering if they would. Thank you for the ideas. I'm surfing them all.

At our school, they study the missions in 4th grade. I took my middle son on a tour of a bunch of the missions the year he studied them. It was a fun road trip, from home to san diego.
