Humidity is still 53% and the polish has turned the egg and is still moving in there. It pipped 27 hours ago, there are three other eggs with pips.....

I'm going to post some pictures, because pictures make me happy. These pictures I took on Sunday when it snowed on the second day of spring.

Are you getting all shipped eggs? You should be getting better hatches with that bator. Something is wrong.

The first batch was all shipped and Ken was in charge. None hatched. The second batch was my eggs and shipped eggs and mine all hatched but the shipped didn't. This hatch they were all shipped.

I am still in the tryingtofigureitout mode.

I have a horse on my porch.....

Anyhoo. I have been holding at 40% day 1-18, then last hatch the humidity was like 75% - too high. This hatch it was at 55% - too low. Next hatch? 60-65%. We shall see.

I finally figured out that Louisa May Alcott is a great author! so far I have read- Little women, Good wives, Jos boys, Little men, 8 Cousins and Rose in Bloom. I guess Mom was right with her whole "read some classic books for once, Tatcha!" argument. Who knew that Moms could actually be right sometimes?
