I know you usually eat fairly well balanced, and vitamins that could be missing from your diet? Are you getting iodine and selenium? How about Omega3 and Magnesium? Women need more of those.
Not sure, i monitor the big ones, calcimum, protien, carbs, fat, sodium (hard because I love asian flavors); but I don't usually worry about the mineral content. We have been using the drive thru way too much to/from evan's lessons. I'll food track for a few days and see what i've got.
