<------ Still working on the bedroom. Through the open window I heard the roo crow. I thought "Well that blooming idiot! It's still pitch dark outside! And it's only around 3:30 AM!"
Well, I was wrong. It's 5:40 AM. Still dark though

I must say- moving the coop that far away from the house does have advantages!

..... Back to work for me. No rest for the wicked!

I'm watching a friends dog this week and I really don't like this animal. It's a Golden Doodle, so it's supposed to be a great dog, but this one is dumb as a box of rocks and it has gas like I've never experienced before.

It hates to go outside - won't go if I walk her on the leash, tries to get back in the house the second I put her in the fenced-in part of the yard. She's trying to dig to China in the yard, then tracking those dirty paws through the house. Golden Doodles have a lot of chin hair that holds a lot of water, so she stays wet and dribbles all over the house AND she's a sloppy drinker, sloshing water everywhere.

The worst part is this dog LOVES me, so she follows me around trailing her deathly cloud of gas, tries to rest her wet chin on my knees and her dirty paws on my feet.

Other than that, she's a great dog.

Karl's taking the bedroom set, so I'll be getting a new bed soon. Nic says I should redo my whole bedroom so we're discussing color schemes.

Spring is an awesome time for a fresh start.
